Design of a Summer House

Location: Loch Arbour , NJ

The house is overlooking  the lake with lots of windows and wrap around terraces. The design concept was to bring the outdoors in by opening the house to the spectacular  views of the lake and the back gardens. Menashe Design’s concept was to use lots of woods and other natural, earthy materials inside to  create that outdoors  feel. The use of rich textiles and textures, hair on hide  upholstery and  exotic wood finishes helped with accomplishing that. 

This project covered  a full remodel of the house   including new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and wall finishes.
